No. The platform is cloud-based and runs in the browser on desktop, tablet and phone. Data resides in EU datacenters on UnLead Cloud infrastructure.
Italian and English, structurally: interfaces, documents and communications. International grids need no double work.
Registration creates the registry: driver, team or car enter the platform once. The entry is participation in a specific event or championship and takes a few steps because the registry already exists.
Every document has a validity that the platform checks against the event date. Issues surface before the race, with alerts to the person and the secretariat.
Fees are paid online and every entry has a tracked payment status; the secretariat handles waivers and special cases.
Each pass has a unique QR scanned at the gate and checked against allowed areas and time slots: instant result and a full log of entries and denials.
Gates keep working with limited connectivity: scans sync as soon as the network is back.
Yes: layouts with name, photo, type and areas, printable one by one or in bulk before the weekend.
In European datacenters, GDPR-compliant, with daily backups and encryption in transit. Hosting is on UnLead Cloud, the group’s infrastructure.
