The Accreditation module governs who enters where: requests, approvals, QR passes and verification at paddock, pit lane and restricted-area gates.
Teams, media and guests request passes from the portal, indicating people, roles and required areas.
The organizer approves by type and available quota, with multi-level flows if needed (e.g. press office + management).
Each accreditation generates a pass with a unique QR, digital or printable as a badge with name, photo and areas.
At the gate the QR is scanned and checked against areas and time slots: instant result, full log.
The log on the right is what security sees: every scan with time, pass, person and result. Denials are tracked just like entries.

Paddock, pit lane, media, VIP, technical, suppliers: each type with its own areas, time slots and quotas.
Maximum passes per crew, class or outlet: the platform counts them for you.
Badge layout with name, photo, type and areas; single or bulk printing before the weekend.
Gates keep working with limited connectivity: scans sync as soon as the network returns.
Who is inside, right now: useful for safety, capacity and emergencies, with a full per-event history.
For venues with permanent physical gates, accreditation talks to ERA Gate, the access vertical of the family.
Tell us about your gates and pass types: we will configure a demo on your scenario.
